Shipping policy

Where we ship

Oakmara currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no delivery charges at checkout and no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days.

Total time from order to delivery is therefore usually 8 to 23 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspection and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information can take a few days to become active after dispatch.

Split shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel, at different times, at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at noahwall88@gmail.com and we will amend it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund it.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
