Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Oakmara. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns work.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts.

How to start a return

Email us at noahwall88@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Photographs help, especially for damaged or incorrect items. We will reply with return instructions.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Items returned without an approved return request cannot be refunded.

Who pays return shipping

  • Change of mind: you pay the return shipping cost.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we pay, and you will not be out of pocket.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it to your account.

Original shipping charges, where they applied, are not refunded, except where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange something is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped it must be handled as a return.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
